What is the problem with free radicals?
Free radical is malfunction of electrons in the community of the body.
Electrons normally circle around the atoms in perfect orbit but sometimes some of the electrons break off and bounce off other atoms causing damage to our cells creating havoc.

We all have free radicals but some of us have too much and can complicate some health issues later on.

With all the pesticides and chemicals used in our modern foods free radicals will increase dramatically, we need to ease up on the known denatured food and substance that we partake daily such as white sugar, tobacco and too much alcohol.
To counteract free radical we must use foods and supplements that have antioxidant, this the perfect pacifier for balancing out the excess free radicals in our body.
Antioxidants will protect the cell wall of the atoms and protons wile keeping the electrons in proper orbit instead of free radicals.
